TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to ROI Hotel Consulting LLC (“ROI Hotel Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By engaging with our services, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.


1. Services Provided

ROI Hotel Consulting LLC provides hotel consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue management and pricing strategy

  • Feasibility studies and market analysis

  • Operational assessments and training

  • Business development and planning

All services are customized and provided according to the specific needs and goals of each client.


2. Engagement and Scope of Work

All projects, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly outlined in a written proposal or agreement before commencement. The client agrees to review and approve the scope of work prior to the start of services. Changes to project scope or deliverables requested after commencement may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.


3. Payments and Fees
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your service proposal or invoice.

  • All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via approved payment methods.

  • Consulting fees are due as stated in the invoice or agreement.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

4. Refund Policy

Payments for consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for more details on cancellations and exceptions.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information as needed for consulting services

  • Cooperate with ROI Hotel Consulting personnel

  • Notify us promptly of any issues or changes relevant to the engagement

Failure to provide necessary information or cooperation may delay or impact the quality of results.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. ROI Hotel Consulting will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.


7. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, templates, tools, and deliverables developed by ROI Hotel Consulting LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials without written consent is prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

ROI Hotel Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage arising from the use or inability to use our services

Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.


9. No Guarantees

While ROI Hotel Consulting LLC strives to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, performance improvements, or business results. Our services are advisory in nature, and final decisions rest solely with the client.


10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms or fails to fulfill contractual obligations. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.


12. Amendments

ROI Hotel Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
