REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: November 1st, 2025


1. Overview

At ROI Hotel Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in providing high-quality consulting services to our clients. Because our services involve time, expertise, and strategic consultation specific to each client, our refund policy is structured to reflect the customized nature of our work.


2. General Policy

All payments made to ROI Hotel Consulting LLC for consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy sessions

  • Consulting retainers

  • Market research

  • Feasibility studies

  • Business planning and advisory services

However, we understand that circumstances may vary. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if no substantial consulting work has been delivered or initiated.


3. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you cancel your service before consulting work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 80% of the payment received, depending on any administrative or preparatory work already completed.

To qualify for a refund under this section:

  • You must notify us in writing at information@roihotelconsulting.com within 3 business days of making payment.

  • The project must not have begun or required the allocation of consulting hours or research resources.

4. Cancellations After Service Commencement

Once consulting work has begun (including preliminary meetings, research, or deliverables), payments are non-refundable. In cases where you wish to discontinue services early, we may, at our discretion, apply remaining funds as a credit toward future consulting sessions or services.


5. Missed or Rescheduled Appointments

If you need to reschedule a meeting or consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session’s fee.


6. Project Termination by ROI Hotel Consulting LLC

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances or business reasons, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any undelivered portion of the service.


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
